Frosting bag hanging above the sink on the hoses is not clean and no longer in good condition. Wall board behind the handwashing sink had been cut away and replaced. There is a gap in the wall board stuffed with steel wool. The wall needs to be finished properly to prevent water from damaging the wall further, repeat violation.
